Given the nature of QfindQ, we aim to collect minimal personal information. The types of information collected by the application may include:

•    Usage Data: Information on how the application is accessed and used, which may include details such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, our application's pages that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

•    Test Responses: While we do not store your responses to the psychological profile tests within our servers, these are processed temporarily to generate your tests results.

By choosing to use our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information we collect is used for providing and enhancing the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used in the following ways:

•    To provide and maintain our service, including to monitor the usage of our service.

•    To manage your requests: To attend and manage your requests to us.

•    For improvement of our services: Using feedback and interaction to improve the QfindQ app.

3. Storage of Your Information

QfindQ does not store test results or any personal data derived from test answers on external servers. All test responses are processed locally on your device to generate results. No test data is transmitted outside your device.

For personal record-keeping, users are encouraged to either take screenshots of their results or use the 'Save this Result' button displayed at the end of each test. When using this feature, the current result is saved locally on your device and can be accessed at any time in the app’s settings under 'Result History'. 

Users have full control over their saved results and can choose to delete them at any time directly from the 'Result History' section.

Please note that if the QfindQ app is uninstalled and reinstalled, all locally saved results will be permanently lost. To prevent data loss, users are advised to take screenshots or using screen recording of their results if they wish to keep them permanently.

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, such as your device's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address and device usage data. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

QfindQ utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Here are the privacy policies of the third-party service providers used by the app:

•    Google Play Services

•    Google Analytics for Firebase

•    Firebase Crashlytics 

•    Log Data

4.Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the app, we collect data and information on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This data is used solely for troubleshooting and improving the app’s performance.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
